Join the CVH Animal Sanctuary on Sunday, April 30th from 12-2pm for the City Nature Challenge and one of a kind nature scavenger hunt & bioblitz. This event is open to all ages and pairs nature sleuths with some of the top birders, entomologists, naturalists, educators, and biologists in the state. A rare and unique opportunity to learn from the very best while exploring the beauty of the outdoors. Please bring water bottle and wear hiking shoes.

This event is also part of the City Nature Challenge, an international effort to find and document plants and wildlife in cities across the globe! Fun for all ages and a great way to support conservation efforts. Download the free iNaturalist app to your favorite device before the event and then bring along to the sanctuary on April 30th. And don’t worry about being a pro in iNaturalist. All you need to do is download the app and we will give you a crash course when you arrive at the sanctuary.
